If there's any ONE thing that can debunk Joseph's Myth, this is it..

Still waiting to know how it really happened. The essays never say whether or not God commanded Joseph Smith and Brigham Young to make babies with their follower's wives after sending them off on missions overseas, like both of htem did to Henry Jacobs while he faithfully served 8 missions for the church, believing Joseph's Myth was really a God, back home spreading his seed between his wife's legs. They ruined his life by stealing his wife and kids away from him and driving him away from the saints as they entered Salt Lake with Brigham Young. He had to be a monster for what he did to Henry and Zina and the entire Jecobs family. He was a cuckold bull and Mormons act like they're so proud of their cuckold bull PRofit, that they wear his name on their heads and shoulders and highlight it on their resumes, a man no better than Warren Jeffs, while singing praises to his predecessor, the first PRofit to steal Henry's wife, after telling her that an Angel with a flaming sword would kill him if they didn't get pretend "married" while Henry was a way serving a mission overseas.

They would both be in jail with Warren Jeffs if they were alive today and pulled that shit. Why sing their praises and wear their names on your head, shoulders, car and resume?

Plutarch two thousand years ago was more "mature", as were the historians and memoirists he used as sources. Don't give me any of this "as we matured" crap. I was born more mature than that. If they haven't matured, them they should step aside and let those of us with a little more common sense run things.

Maybe we can get them to clean church toilets for a modest stipend.

Recognition of maturity?
No. Recognition of criminality, and total disrespect.

Absolutely and positively! TSCC cannot get a pass on any of the things they have conveniently swept under the rug. This is what caused me to resign. Lies and deceit that have been perpetuated. I cannot abide this behavior.

Ha ha. "... pretend married . . ." Why couldn't Joseph just screw around like everybody else? This "God made me do it" bull is so ridiculous and juvenile. And Angels with flaming swords forcing him? Ha ha ha and ha!

It's not a recognition of maturity. It's a recognition that nothing embarrasses them anymore, that they have no shame. It's part of the smug arrogance Mormons are known for--the need to be right at any cost, even their dignity.

Maybe because the other churches lie too. Maybe not as many? As big?
What about all the same things?
The lies are probably found in the commonalities— ask yourself what was acceptable at the very beginning? What did you relate to. What did you bring from elsewhere that fit right in?
