What building is this in at 1:00 into the video? JS statue in front of a doorway that says Nauvoo something over the doorway?

Is this statue and the other one (in color) for real? GAWD AWFUL.

That is the atrium/lobby of the old Hotel Utah, which is now the Joseph Smith Building, which houses the offices of the First Presidency and all the Quorum of Twelve Apostles.

Pretty posh, isn't it?
