Anyone who chooses to remain single and gays are told that nothing else is acceptable but to remain celibate.

Is this the beginning of creating Mormon nuns and celibate Priests?

Sentencing some to a celibate life is un-natural.

reserved for the most righteous & chosen of MORmON god,
in the case of chosen men they even get to have many wives.

Everybody else is entitled to NOTHING sexually & they are damn lucky that they are even allowed some air to breath!

Hey some of us didn't "choose" to stay single. We had no choices?!?

And my ex was supposed to stay celibate or marry me so he could have sex with a straight woman.

Such attractive choices for all involved.

The thing that always irks me and doesn't get discussed very often IS that just because I was married to a man doesn't mean my needs were being met either. He needed a gay man. I needed a straight man.

Which is the best argument for allowing gay marriage. Do you really want a gay man marrying your daughter? It seems like forcing gays to marry someone of the opposite gender is a bigger threat to traditional marriage than allowing them to marry who they really want.

Who are we to question the absolute authority that the absolutely true church of the absolutely true god has over all aspects of its members' lives?

Sadly, many see this as "progress" in comparison to old teaching about even BEING gay a sin. Now they aren't condemning the people "as much", just their actions. As if that makes it okay or loving.

Because the GAs feel entitled to totally control and editorialize re everyone else's sex lives.

What constitutes celibacy for gays in the Church?
