Ha! I'm no baseball fan, so that one took a while to penetrate my hard cranium.

The San Fran Giants lived up to their name. Quite a record of winning pennants! Made me proud.

Someone posted that the Royals had a mormon pitcher. Hummmmm. Now did he pitch on Sundays? And would the he pay tithing on that tidy sum of money he made? And would that most troooue cult on earth have accepted that money? or would the Black Suits have felt that money burn their paws and thrown it down in disgust?

What is your best guess?

steve, I thought you were "Mormon royalty" because you were directly related to a prophet - past or present.

I was told as a newbie that if a person was related to anybody else in the Big 15,(also past or present) they were "Mormon nobility."

Aside from the fact that this whole thing is a house of cards, do I have the basic concept more or less correct?

I guess SL won't ever have pro sports / Major League, now that Larry Miller is gone; doesn't seem like Huntsman's are interested.

Other 'Big Money' (supposing a league might be interested) on this?

I'm no sports fan, but am proud of the dignity with which the Royals-and Kansas City-have shown in defeat.

I am not a bit sure we are letting you into the Bay Area fan clubs.

Their stadium is already among the oldest (40 years old). They're going to need a new stadium soon.

Should it be erected in Liberty? Is Ahman-ondi-whatever too far?
