10 == Catholics. Mormons don't believe in the literalness of bread / water turning into flesh and blood.

At least I remember it always being symbolic.

I had several of those beliefs forced on me under threat of punishment by means of withholding love. Obviously I failed, and the threats became action. All of the beliefs listed are so bizarre that I really wonder how people can hurt each other over them. That's one thing I haven't fully absorbed, but my brother tells me I'm looking right into the maw of pure hate. I don't know why I got the lion tamer's urge to stick my head in. It's my own damn fault.
