I have looked into this death before. The local new did not cover it heavily. It is mentioned in blogs and I do not recall her death being mentioned in the Deseret or Church News. There were only 19 missionary deaths reported in 2014 and this was not counted as I recall.
E. coli infection kills a 19-year old athlete, Sister Missionary under the health care of a mission president.

They die. The family loves the Church more than the family. The Church does not take responsibility. The family has a nice story to tell about how they have died for the Church.
Sound familiar to another big organization that protects us from boogey men every day of our lives we are in jeopardy or spiritual and physical death without these great people protecting us,
They deserve medals and speeches of praise and gratitude. Lots of praise and gratitude.
