Got one of those unexpected calls from my old branch from 3 YEARS AGO asking if I still had that address...um, no. It was the senior missionaries. I always feel super bad for them (way worse than I feel for the young missionaries) and (I know, I know, I'm a total idiot! I panicked!!!) gave them my new address just to get them off the phone. Now it's the nonstop calls from the senior and sister missionaries in my town. UGHHHH. They'd better not show up--my pothead gay roommates won't be pleased. Also, I'm openly gay too since any Mormons last touched me. It'll be a fun visit if they come around.

They didn't really find you. You gave up your location. Now you are reaping the consequence of your own action. If you don't want the calls, tell them and be forceful about it.

Of course I did! Like I said, I'm an idiot!!!

I honestly didn't even know they had my number anymore--ugh. They haven't contacted me in over a year.

All you have to do is tell them you are gay. They will leave you alone! It's worked for me for over 20 years!

You gave them your address because the Mormon church trained you to be compliant and to always say, "yes" to any requests put to you. Now is a very good time to break that habit. Practice saying, "no" in the mirror.

Remember, if someone knocks on your door, you do not need to respond. If you decide to respond, you do not need to open the door. You can talk to people through a closed and locked door.

it's never too late to resign. What's stopping you?

Make a pass at the senior missionary. He will leave you alone afterwards.

I'm a woman. I'd probably just end up with a marriage proposal post-mission. ;)

I've become quite good at just not answering the knock or ring of the door bell!!!

Didn't answer on Saturday when VT left crap at my front door.

You have the power- don't answer the knock at the door!

That is all...

How to turn from gay to a god approved straight man. Read and watch only LDS books like Mormon Doctrine and watch The movie Johnny Lingo He cums, he cums. Then you submit to hours and hours of electro shock treatments.

Then when you have turned straight, the Mormon God will love you. Otherwise you are cast out forever as a prize of Satan, never to be loved by the God that created you.

Stupid religion.

Also, you can't feel sorry for them. That's like feeling compassion for swarming gnats and leaving your doors and windows open to give them a warm home.
