What's your temp and what do you recommend to beat the bone chilling weather?

Where I live is almost year around HOT & MUGGY.
Think positive & enjoy your fire.

9F with a high of 15F. Tonight is supposed to get down to -8F. Yup, there I was last night with a fire roaring, a glass of Baileys, and prepping for a craft show tomorrow. (I'm a jeweler.)

The only cold place I like better is Park City.....

Kids had a snow the past 2 days, I took one yesterday. White out conditions on the roads. Plus lots of drifting.

30F and snowing in Minneapolis, temps will start dropping to below zero f by tomorrow night and a balmy high of 4F on Saturday. But so far no wind.

This coming Saturday my local L. A. overnight temperature is supposed to dip to a low of 36 degrees. This is almost unheard of for Southern California.

Luckeeee! I'm sure the "cold" won't last long -- I used to live in Orange County where many times it was 75-80°F in December. If only I had an extra million dollars lying around (so I could buy a small house) I would move back to CA in a heartbeat.

It sure is chilly (for here) but it's not raining and the sun is a-shining! Makes for a nice change. :-)

I've been in Port Angeles/Sequim for the last 10 years. I just got over to the island for the first time about 4 months ago and spent a day in Victoria. Lovely place.

Get us a critical mass here and we can start reverse love-bombing the prisoners with cookies and pamphlets.

Gotta save those still trapped!

20º Here in Puget Sound. The sun is out and very bright. I do like that part.

In Seattle here. Brr, it's cold for us who aren't used to it! Nice to see so many others from the area.

Currently +1F with a -11F wind chill in mighty Cheyenne. They are calling for -17F tonight. Brrrr. We are supposed to get below 0 every night until Monday. We aren't supposed to get any double digit highs until then either.

My hummingbird feeders are frozen in the morning. I have no idea how those little guys survive winters here.

It still beats rainy and windy.

Go to 23:15 and this is how they survive nights. Really neat.

I just take the feeders in at night, but put them out when barely light, 'cause they need sugar first thing. Put them in the shower stall so I don't forget.

Some folks have wrapped them in those tiny Christmas lights, keeps it from freezing and the birds don't seem to mind. Others have used some kind of heated tape, but don't recall what these are called.

Im not too far either. This morning it was 18*f outside so I dropped my kids at school and went for a run. It was great!

Currently 52F which is the high for the day. Forecast high for tomorrow is 61. This is spring weather, and I'm not complaining.

3 above central Idaho mountains.Big fire in the stove and a cup of coffee.I love this time of year.Happy Holidays to everyone.

Lived there for almost eight years. Miss the Mountain views on drive to Poulsbo. Seeing Mt. Rainier on the way to Tacoma.

I always thought / think the centigrade / Celsius / metric measurement system I Heads Above ours & should be universally adapted...

(but a fellow ward member, a fundy, used that as a beat-down on me)

I'm a teacher in seattle... I so wish we'd get some precipitation (Mormons calls this moisture) with the cold weather so we'd get a snow day here.
