Along with all the other problems, TBM's horrible behavior turns off current members who leave and scares away potential converts and even recent converts. Yet they continue to blame "anti-mormons" for their problems. They seem to have not even the slightest clue how off-putting they are.

I'm FB friends with a lot of well meaning TBMs but they just don't understand how arrogant they come off when they say things like "I'm so grateful to have the truth" or "so thankful I'm a member of the COJCOLDS and know where I come from and why I'm here". Seriously, I've seen this plastered all over FB because of those annoying FB thankful challenges. I know they don't see it this way, but it's terribly condescending and arrogant.

I can't believe some of the clichés that my sister, who is really pretty cool, feels compelled to spout from time to time. The programming runs deep.
