As you may have gathered I am a proud mummy of a son I consider sensible and wise- it is a source of amazement to me.
Anyway, tonight he commented on something and I thank him for being, once more, sensible and open to thought.
His reply:

"My pleasure. It's much more fun than not thinking about things properly, and suggesting people cavort with the devil because they don't agree with your idealologies."

I like this - but then I am his mum!

My son's most memorable quote came when he was 4 years old. He woke up, rubbed his eyes and exclaimed: "Mommy, I just had the most amazing dream. I dreamed that I was dreaming about myself, dreaming about myself, dreaming about myself, and so forth and so on..."

His exact words. I almost fell to the floor. Kids are so wonderfully WTF!
