If there is a mass exodus of LDS from their faith, but in light, not darkness, it would be interesting to know where they would go.
Maybe a loving gesture would be to help with that thought process.
I know that in many life transitions it is normal to not move on, or postpone moving on, even knowing it is necessary and inevitable, because there is no clear destination.
Many of us left alone, thinking in isolation and some despair for loss of community. Perhaps that will no longer be necessary. I know a lot have shifted into "no religion", some Unitarianism, are there other safe places we can suggest to lurkers. It is most definitely a process, but I am feeling especially empathetic today for people exiting Mormonism in the current times.
