I'm wondering if any of you have (or a link to) a "deconstruction" of the family proclamation, where it's been pulled apart and annotated with all of the exceptions and contradictions. I think it'd be neat to have a few church approved references that counter each of the main claims made in the proclamation.

Here is what it talks about (roughly in order):
-against homosexuality
=men/women are equal(ish) in god's eyes
-members should crank out babies
=chastity
-against abortion
+parents should be affectionate
-focus mostly on spiritual things when raising kids
-men lead the family
-women raise the kids
+hubby/wife should be equal partners
+against abuse (sexual, physical, verbal, & emotional)
-if the families disintegrate, the world will end
