Just wanted to comment: the letter I have now says they are postponing the court. Cancel is probably too strong of a word. However, they have not rescheduled, so I imagine they are thinking they want to wait till after the election at least.

For me, this is a cancel because I suspect it won't happen ever if it doesn't happen this weekend.

Scan it, post it, circulate it! Then if and when they re-schedule your court after the media hype about it has died down their two-facedness is there for all to see.

Now the court has been cancelled, or postponed, or who knows?
