Famous Mormon demonstrations of faith (The rest of the story)

Spencer W. Kimball loved to tell the story of his throat surgery and how he fell amongst men with knives.

He relates being wheeled through the hospital hall and the orderly doing the work bumped himself and cursed using the name Jesus Christ in some sort of exclamation.

He continues relating that he then whispered, "don't talk that way, He's my friend"

The rest of the story is the orderly barked back, "well then let your friend push your bony little ass the rest of the way."

That's what happened.
