Apparently over 100 years ago women were often Prophets themselves and Twelve Apostles carried the Gospel themselves.

My how times have changed and attributes of whole generations of God's very elect have chosen their cultural and societal pressures to their never-changing-god's truths.

I guess the people are imperfect but "The Gospel" is perfectly changed by these imperfect people to make it more palatable to gentiles?

Funny how this "prophet" claims the "Gentiles" never imitated God's chosen people in doing polygamy. I guess in this case Satan didn't need to imitate with all the whore mongering going on back then?

Have you forgotten that you are associated with the Saints of God in Zion, where the oracles of truth are revealed, and the truths of God are made manifest, and clearly developed; where you and your posterity after you can learn the ways of life and salvation; where you are placed in a position that you can obtain blessings from the great Elohim, that will rest upon you and your posterity worlds without end? Have you forgotten these things, and begun to turn again to the beggarly elements of the world, and become blind, like others we have spoken of, turning like the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire? We ought to reflect sometimes upon these things, and understand our true position."

Well, Taylor must have been speaking as a man when he said the "truths" are "clearly developed."

"Have you forgotten that you are associated with the Saints of God in Zion, where the oracles of truth are revealed, and the truths of God are made manifest, and clearly developed;"

I guess the children's children when he was at the helm who are now his successors didn't ever read his advice?

"We ought to reflect sometimes upon these things, and understand our true position."

And if they do reflect upon "these things" it is obvious that being a big corporation is more important than being "oracles of truth."
