We have been looking at five acres of property and plan on building a house up north of Seattle. The bank told us today we should have zero problems getting the loan we need.

We are meeting with a realtor up there in just a couple weeks! Eeeeee!!! I'm so excited.

I hope washington is ready for this! ;)

I could use some happy thoughts the next few weeks while we work out all the details!
