I noticed one thing. I cutted carbs because I read somewhere that I would increase my libido that way (increase of testo). Actually, my libido decreased. I started to eat carbs again and drink alcohol a few times a week (no strong beverages but beer with low alcohol %), know I notice that the so called harmful cortisol kick-starts my libido.
Let's do a test. Straight men almost always want to sleep with women they just met, and women want to wait until they know a guy before they sleep together. Put them in a room together with alcohol, and the odds of clothes coming off increases significantly.
