I went without my beloved tea for the 17 years I was a Mormon.

After I began having doubts, I ordered a peach iced tea in a restaurant. It was absolutely celestial.

What capped the evening was catching the RS pres and her husband, who was something important in Primary, sharing a carafe of red wine!

After that, I never looked back.

I like watching that magical moment when the clouds of milk billow inside the cup and mix with the tea.

Tea is also lovely with toast and jam...

Americans are said to have gotten the coffee habit because of that unpleasantness with tea in Boston Harbor. I really like tea though, and frankly it's been a couple of months since I had a cup of coffee. I've been exploring the world of tea instead. Earl Grey is a favorite, it's got Bergamot in it. That's a type of strong-flavored orange.
