I read the post and read all the extra stuff I could structure missions better in my sleep. Hither education and missions after that being encoraged but after so the missinaries are more mature and after a mission know they are going to be even better prepared for the workplace, make the missions themselves more useful as a mission where missionaries are woring in homeless shelters or in charaty shops might help people alot and get mroe baptisum sthan kids going around and just preaching. Select a missionary for the mission better so if the missionary wants to lern a new languige let them and if a missionary has studdied medicine get them on a mission for that job. If your doing a nock on door polocy no more seling the church at nine in the morning but go out and ask what the people need.

A litlte mroe maturaty and a bit more focus on doing good might really help the churches reputation and might actualy get someone out into the community doing good.
