Dont Momrons see the inherhent arrogance in this train of thought?

"All religions have some truth but ours has all the truth."

I sometimes attend institute out of morbid curiosity. This was the topic tonight. About how churches can be somewhat good, but the mormons are the best.

And they wonder why they are viewed so negatively by these other churches?

When I was a TBM I never wondered why other churches viewed us negatively—I always assumed it was because they were all just jealous that our church was infinitely better than theirs. And yet I still didn't realize how arrogant and egotistical I was being, so I would say most Mormons don't realize it either.

Mormons believe themselves to be showing generosity of spirit by allowing that others perhaps have a crumb of truth in their beliefs. How magnanimous.

I find this even more condescending coming from them than when they just say everybody else has been deceived by Satan.
