I just want to thank the board for perpetuating the use of the term "bat shit crazy." Read it here thrice yesterday and have adopted it.

It's just so much more gratifying to say than "oh my heck."

Alas, I cannot indulge in swearing right now. I have impressionable young grandchildren who would doubtlessly rush straight to school to use these fun words, should I use them. So I think them instead. ;)

Thinking them counts. I have little people (and older people) to watch my language around... but on girls night out... no filter!

For an ex primary president I've become quite an accomplished cusser.

My grandfather was a sailor in his early years---and could swear with the best of them. He decided in his late 20's that he would settle down. He did marry, but he NEVER settled down. He taught me to swear when I was very young--and I haven't been able to stop it since, especially under stress or pressure. He was a temple worker who loved playing the part of Lucifer/Satan....LOVED IT! Dyed his hair pink.

When I was graduating from college, as I walked across the stage to pick up my diploma, he shouted, "why to go, Shitty!", his favorite name for me.

I sure loved him.
