Kendal Mint Cake, How lovely that you have the lambs and baby rabbits! Of course here it is getting colder by the day. I lived in the Northern Hemisphere for a lot of years and loved the spring after a LONG winter and making new outfits for my kids etc.

But I am glad to be home and enjoying the cold nights and crisp days. The children next door are having a Easter Egg hunt tomorrow and I will enjoy watching that!

We have William, Kate and George in Oz for this Easter and they are SO popular.

Thanks SO much for your "hello" and all the best to you!

Hello Tuppewhere, Thanks for you lovely thoughts, I still SO enjoy your postings! Have a GREAT Easter!!

I forgot it isn't Spring in Australia! I can be so dozy sometimes! And greedy - we scoffed our Easter Eggs weeks ago and have to go and buy more!

We're enjoying seeing the photos of Oz and NZ in the papers while George and his parents are visiting.

I prefer to say "Happy Sunday", and I tell people to have a nice long weekend.

I don't have any objection to wishing (by name) a good religious holiday to anyone who does celebrate, even if I personally don't consider it to be a particularly special day to me. To others the holiday does have value, and others appreciate the good thoughts as well as the respect for their beliefs that I show by making such a wish. :-)

To those who did/do celebrate, I hope you had a bright, blessed, and happy Easter! God bless.

Happy Easter from sunny California. It's a balmy eighty degrees with the slightest of breezes. The skies are mostly clear with high thin clouds as wispy as Donald Trump's bangs. At night the crane flies will bat at my porch light and cats will cry like human babies as they dispute territory. The neighborhood mockingbird will sing me to sleep.

The thunder roared
The lightning flashed
A tree fell
A frog got smashed

I'm praying for the millions of Peeps that will be slaughtered this weekend. Please, save the Peeps. Won't you?
