I prefer to think BY was "thrown under the handcart" rather then the bus.

Has a catchier style. Also, now that the church has admitted he was a bigoted racist, can they also admit he screwed up the pioneer immigration, by making it about lining his own pockets at the expense of the health and safety of the handcart pioneers?
