Isn't it convenient that:

* Angel Moroni needed to take back the gold plates so we have to exercise faith in the BoM
* The blacks & the priesthood revelation came just after the church was experiencing pressure in the US as well as seeing strong growth and a temple in Brazil
* The Lard decided that janitors could be let go and members could clean the chapels just when the $3bn mall was adding to financial strain in a tough economic climate.
* none other than the prophet Abraham saw fit to ensure that his writings would end up in some normal Egyptian guy's tomb and then sold on to JS thousands of years later
* That when the church was experiencing financial pressures, D&C 'revelation' on paying tithing on one's interest was redefined as 10% of all income
* JS's reporting of the first vision became ever more amazing, compelling and fanciful over time and particularly when the early church was experiencing increasing challenges to its authenticity
* A veil of forgetfulness was put over our minds so we can't remember the pre-earth life
* We were all so fortunate to have somehow found the one and only true church when 99.98% of the world's entire population haven't and many have no hope of finding it in this life.

Not just one guy’s tomb, many, many tombs of the same kinds of Papyrus where only the names and such were different based on who was buried. Oh and that faith in spite of the lack of evidence thing? In the Bible Christ personally gave evidence himself to Thomas so that he would believe. Only then did Thomas become “Thomas the Believer”. How in the name of the “bible” that this one act of Christ does not trump every so called claim of faith without evidence and that it should somehow be a virtue, is beyond me.

Why are the lesser humans not given this same opportunity instead of the demand to have faith without or even contrary to evidence? The contradiction of "Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." Doesn’t exactly qualify what that blessing is does it? IMO the so called blessing is the curse of gullibility.

Isn't there a "convenience" of the end (kinda) of Mormons practicing polygamy and being granted statehood?

The convenience of any Mormon doctrine or practice that science shows to be bullsh*t are "not necessary for our salvation" or "will be answered in the next life" or "Heavenly Father did it on purpose as a test of our faith."

I thought the whole thing about polygamy in the first place was EXTREMELY convenient! For some people.
