I guess the month isn't over yet, but I agree.
It's not unlike TSCC saying every time that something wonderful will be announced at General Conference.

Did you mean "mormon credibility"? I thought I understood that tscc promised an "October surprise."
Hells Bells. It is only October 18th. Things of importance take time and nagging/whining doesn't expedite. I would rather something be done carefully and factually with complete documentation than half way. Nothing of import is rushed to please an audience. If it happens as planned per schedule, great, but if it takes longer to be right, even better.
I've lurked for around 3 years now and every time conference is coming up some thread gets started saying that something crazy will come out at conference or something else but it never does. This just happens in groups like this especially when we all would love to see something catastrophic happen to the lds church. The "october surprise" seems a little more likely than other rumors before but I'm not worrying about it. If something happens it does, if not then it doesn't. No man knows when christ will return j/k.
