Well, if Mormons actually spoke English like normal peole, they would say receive. But when you consider the Church's misuse of other basic religious vocabulary, like sacrament and proselyte, it's not surprising that take out is used instead of receive.
If they were honest, the correct phrasing would be to "give away" your endowment.
"You do consecrate yourselves, your time, talents, and everything with which the Lord has blessed you, or with which he may bless you, to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints"
But to answer your question, TBMs usually use the phrase "take out," but "receive" isn't unusual either.

haha. I remember we were corrected in our MTC ( 1998) to say it properly. "Receive", not "take out"
But that is interesting now that I think about it again. What DID we receive anyway? It was supposedly superior knowledge and guidance from God? In the end, it was all giving away your life...really.
There's also the phrase "go through the temple" that means the same thing.
That was probably more in use in the days when the congregation was moved from one room to another, in an entire series, symbolizing the passage toward the Celestial Kingdom.
