Thanks, Susan. The whole concept of "being gay" being such a horrible, wrong, unnatural thing is so disturbing to me that I can't even be rational on it, and no, I'm not. Have many friends who are though. It is so wrong to judge someone on their sexual orientation, sex or race. Just disgusting to me.

Thank you, and again, apologies for being naughty and swearing in the subject line.

This whole concept makes me utterly sick. The thought that someone wants to teach their children that being gay is wrong just , I have no words, none.

How amazing, whichever way you cut it, inside, this lady KNOWS that she is wrong to think that gay people are evil. She even cried about it! She can't in all honesty lie to her child. I find it SO interesting that something SO obvious to her, she can't see!!

The topic line on the babycenter thread is misleading. She is basically asking :

How in the world am I supposed to do what the church says and teach my child that homosexuality is wrong when I don't believe that it is?

90% of the replies are very pro-gay or at least "live and let live" kind of responses.

Btw, the Home Depot proposal put tears in my eyes!
