I used to wear a belt very very tight as a teen. or wear the collar, and it of course constructs the chest.. or wear tight underware (I live in China. so it\'s hard to find \"large\" (I\'m fat), so it gets squished painfully.</p>\n<p>Were the Garmies ever THIS uncomfortable, and as such since it is detrimental to our health as was the WoW was intended to prevent. I was in graduate school at BYU at the time and deliberately wore white bras under white shirts to say, "I dare you to comment on my underwear!" No one did.

I graduated and we hightailed it out of Utah, never to return.
