I've got to agree with you, Chris. But I've heard the pot on the west coast is stronger than what the kids smoke here in the heartland.
I've never met anyone who was "high" who wasn't very pleasant to talk to. I've also never met anyone for whom maijuana became a problem, unlike alcohol and cigarettes, which are so destructive.
