Darwinian evolution is based mostly on chance and the face that using only that amount confers an atvantage in that you have extra if neaded of damaged. This give you a high "chance" of sevival. remeber you dont "grow" mor brain of heart cells you have only what you have. In fact old age is primarly determined by your loss of the to many brain and or hart cells. Take a few biology courses and ask a professor.
