You can try to shift the blame to me if you want, and claim I want to "sin" and get away with it, I really don't care. Ad Hominem attack is a typical (fallacious) technique that everyone on this board recognizes. However go back and read my post again, it still stands. Your god is a horror that no secure person would worship if presented with the entire truth before being indoctrinated. Talk with my wife sometime and you'll discover how difficult it is to convince the informed yet unindoctrinated person how "good" your deity is and why he's worth the attention or worship (I know because when I was Christian I tried).

: No. God visits His wrath only upon those who refuse to believe what has been plainly revealed to them.

Perhaps plainly revealed to you. To me he's been revealed as a myth. My wife has had a different truth revealed to her--she considers your god about as much as you consider Buddha (actually I take that back, she is much more knowledgeable about your god than you probably are of hers).

: God has chosen, for whatever reason, to work primarily through families. Perhaps God ordained your wife to be "Americanized" for the purpose of exposing her to the Gospel and drawing her to Him.

Again you need to meet my wife. She is quite content as she is, and certainly wouldn't reject her family and culture to embrace a western god of eternal torture. If your god exists, he created her to find happiness in Buddhism and be tortured in hell forever for it.

: We are all sinners. Me and you. The difference is that someone has paid for my sins. Has someone paid for yours?

Your preoccupation with "sin" is interesting, but it's hardly as important as you seem to think it is. Humans learn by making mistakes--no mistakes, no human growth. Your views have been so corrupted by your vicious belief system you've lost the ability to distinguish between payment and pointless sadistic torture. I'll make a small (though probably fruitless) attempt to bring you back to reality. Lets take Hitler as an example:

Take Hitler and concoct a payment that fits his crime. How about we make him relive the exact lives of every person he negatively effected during his life on earth. Make him suffer in the the exact way that those he effected suffered--make him live in life after life, year after suffering year. Lets make him live each life 1000 times each. Or maybe a million times each. Has he paid for his crime yet? Has he understood what he did wrong and completely learned the evil of his actions? I think so. But your god continues to torture him. Continually. Forever. For what end? Obviously your god enjoys endless sadistic torture, not understanding, payment or justice. Your god is a demon who hasn't even the slightest understanding of concepts like justice or love.

If you keep asserting the "justice" of your god, I'll keep correcting you. But you might be careful--some less hardened Christians might read this thread and discover the evil nature of the monster they're worshipping.

Here's a fun little story that relates to these posts:

The God Box

A technician, wrapped in a stiff, white smock, takes an albino rat from the big crate delivered just that morning, puts it in the God Model Box, leaves and locks the room.
The box, with random corners and angles, is monitored by a ceiling mounted video camera.
A switch mounted in one corner is well protected by spring wire traps, barriers and rat repellent.
The switch delivers an electric shock when touched by the rat.
The experiment lasts 24 hours or so, depending on the whim and will of the technician.
If during that time, the rat sits on the switch for thirty or forty seconds, the technician will set it free in the field behind the fence.
Otherwise, he will restrain the rat in a vice and slowly pull off its tail and its legs, one by one, then skin it and leave it to die slowly.
Little is learned in this experiment either by the rat or the technician who is not at all surprised that none of rats ever perform the required task.
But the technician does get to skin a lot of rats, and he likes to hear them squeal.
