If you are refering to Bell States the answer is most certainly yes. Quantum entanglement is based to a large degree on Bell's theory.

If Bell States are what you are talking about then they are beyond the possibility spectrum. They are in the observable spectrum. I'm not sure how they tie into possible faster than light travel and zero point physics though.

The Feynman Processor goes over John Bell's discovery and its implications but it isn't refered to as the 'non-locality theory' so maybe we are talking about two different things?
