Rejoice! I believe in the resurrection.
The resurrection of the gods and goddesses of Nature whom we drove away
To hunker down in their lairs, denied attention of purpose while we derive
From their sources new concepts of gods—poly, triune or unitary—
That fail to honor at its roots the Nature that sustains us all.
Yea, though I stumble as I retrace my steps back to the Source,
I believe again and praise, as a born-again Unitarian Universalist,
Our parent, mother/father Nature and rejoice once again.
