...I repeat again...there is no disagreement in the scientific community that evolution happened and is considered fact, based on the overwhelming evidence. I believe though, that I am wasting my poor typing skills trying to convince you, since I am convinced that you choose not to abandon your precious religious beliefs no matter what.
I would agree with you. Most, not all, scientists are like minded in regard to their evolutionary stance. But you forgot to reveal to me any evidence. It would seem that you, if anybody, hold a precious religous belief, that is, one without evidence. Let's look at the science that all science uses; mathematics. Molecular biologist Harold Morowitz (Yale University) calcualtes the odds of spontaneous generation as 10 to the 100,000,000,000 power. This event is mathematically impossible to ever occur. In his book Progress in Theoretical, Harold Morowitz estimates that it takes at least 124 different proteins to carry out necessary life functions. Then on page 99 of his book, Energy Flow in Biology, he calculates the probability of the simplest living organism to occur by chance formation as 10 to the 340,000,000 power. This too is mathematically impossible.
What I consider mathematically impossible comes from a nobel laureate from Switzerland, I believe. I can get you more info but I think he won the nobel prize with his steady state theory. He calculated that any event that is greater than 10 to the 50th power is mathematically impossible to ever occur. I will find his name and more on this next time.
These odds bother me. Why don't they bother you? Is your mind immune from the laws of mathematics?
Do you have any reply or any evidence that support your natural theology? I'm sure you do, just don't assume things about me since you know nothing about my background. I'm just learning like you.
