Walker previously asked for any URLs that discussed experiments where mutations predicted speciation (rather than adaptation). The following page doesn't do exactly this, but it does show numerous examples of observed speciation. It is an excellent primer for those who are only familar with 'micro-evolution' and wish to know more about the beginning process of 'macro-evolution'. Enjoy!
