GaDS, you silly wabbit, just because we don't have all the answers isn't grounds for assuming an invisable guy in the sky did it. Like a literary critic once said, "I know when an author does not know what he is talking about, he inserts a Chinaman (in your case God) in the story. The "inscrutable Chinee". The fact is we can only work with existing evidence to "best guess" what makes the world go round. As far as religion goes, it's been discredited, so give it up. Only nuts and losers still believe that nonsense. "While the only absolute is that there are no absolutes", we can only logically discern two things, one that no "thing" lasts forever, and two we exist therefore nothing cannot last forever. All else is speculation. However, since anything is possible, we can only work with probabilities. Therefore dispite lots of intellectual denial, science is more probable than religion. So as the Eagles' song goes; get over it! Bob 2
