So, you admit there are not enough transitional fossils to back the theory up. You brought it up I didn't. But since you did, the fossil record is an example of assumtions. There is not enough evidence in the fossil record to support we had a common ancestor with the apes. Besides according to evolution All fossils are transitionals.
